Each CryoPen® device is supplied with its own range of applicators to meet every practitioner's needs. Each applicator is designed with various flow rates and penetration rates of freezing.
Your choice of device will ultimately depend on your usage, qualifications and insurance policy.
Applicator Sizes and Colours
CryoPen® Applicators are colour-coded, each having a specific range. The main sizes are:
- Blue/Red-Blue dot (1-3mm) - very small or precision lesions
- White/Red-White dot (2-6mm) - medium to small lesions
- Green/Red-Green dot (4-8mm) - larger lesions for more rapid freezing over a greater area
- Yellow/Red-Yellow dot (7-20mm) - large lesions, broad areas or where faster coverage is needed
